The Saga Continues & Honeymoon Begins

Life Update
It's been an ambitious few months since the Big Day. Post wedding, we both made the decision to attend grad school and spent the winter in hibernation applying. We are grateful for the support we received along the way from our family and friends. It was a nail biter! We're happy to report the hard work has paid off. We've both received incredible fellowships and will be attending Indiana University's Kelley School of Business for the fall of 2013. Go Hoosiers!

Under the Zen Vortex
We knew prior to school we wanted to take our honeymoon, and thanks to an amazingly generous wedding gift from Nana and Grandpa Frey, we're updating our blog from the other side of the world. We're spending a month traveling through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, & Cambodia. The idea is to get zen-ified before hitting the books. We couldn't have asked for a better way to prepare for an adventure abroad in Southeast Asia by leading our final class at our beloved Yoga Sol the day before we departed the States. Here's to making it count.

Getting There
We left Minneapolis at 3pm on Sunday, June 2 and (via Tokyo) arrived in Bangkok on Monday, June 4 in the middle of the night. It was a quick turn, and we flew north to Chiang Mai at 7am the same morning. We figured a city of 150k people would be a better place to start that a city of 8.3 million. Baby steps.
